As this role is in an operational team, you will be require to form part of a shift pattern. The current shift pattern supports our core business hours of 8AM to 6:30PM, with remote out of hours support one week in six. What it's like to work here

What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operational support and service delivery of a Portfolio of IT Systems including Microsoft Azure, Windows Server technology, AWS and Hyper-V. You will provide IT technical and operational support on a number of key systems within the Trust. You will follow the Technical Delivery Management framework ensuring that all processes and procedures are documented, communicated and followed. You will provide input to all new projects engaging with the Project Management Framework and supporting transition into ‘live'. Who we're looking for
To deliver this role successfully, we're looking for someone who has; Excellent knowledge of Cisco Network support is preferable including routing and switching. Experience in Wireless and Security (ASA Firewall's) advantageous CCNA qualified or similar experience preferable Proven ITIL background and training to a minimum of v3 Foundation level. The ability to support complex environments with multiple parties providing services Commitment to self-development and be enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and embracing new technologies. 2 years previous experience of 2nd/3rd Line support in a Network support team beneficial Experience in working with third parties in definition and implementation of standards and processes.
