PMO Manager - Contract - 6 months - Manchester. My client, a leading government organisation, is looking for an experienced PMO Manager for an initial 6 month contract. The main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Revitalise the project management office

2. Provide project management leadership: process, methodology, practices, tools, techniques knowledge, skills, and experience

3. Provide coaching to project managers and project support officers

4. Establish metrics and measures for team improvement

5. Deliver project assurance, focusing on project setup and transition to service

6. Provide governance reporting - ISSP, portfolio boards, project boards

This role is based INSIDE IR35. The contract is highly likely to extend past the initial duration.
