Primary Responsibilities
* Builds and maintains key relationships with all stakeholders across their account/sector, S&CF, partners, delivery, commercial and finance
* Supports the Digital Programme Manager in preparation and validation of detailed Transformation Programme plans with the account, client and Digital team
* Responsible for creation of opportunity specific plans that align with the Transformation Programme Plan on behalf of the DPM
* Works as part of a multi-functional team to develop high level and detailed transformation approach that clearly identify required resources, tasks, products, priorities and dependencies
* Co-ordinates and contributes to the estimation of project effort in conjunction with Solution Specialists, delivery teams and subject matter experts
* Identifies, articulates, documents and plans to mitigate project risks and issues
* Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure that opportunity level plans are comprehensive, aligned, and appropriately governed
* Supports the DPM in planning and preparing for next phases assisting in and creating artefacts for client engagement
* Contributes to client and partner engagement, sprint planning and user and enabler stories as appropriate
* Ensures execution and management of planned tasks during early lifecycle stages until responsibility transitions to Digital Delivery Lead and teams
Skills and Experience
* Deep understanding of bid/project/programme/agile management techniques and methods and a proven record of planning and scheduling successful IT Transformation projects
* The ability to understand complex business problems and commercial frameworks applying a logical, systematic approach to plan an appropriate solution
* A working knowledge of the account and industry and its challenges and successes
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to distil complex ideas into understandable terms for all team members
* SAFe Agile certified
* Holds recognised Project Management certification
* Improving and assessing self-performance to apply new learning and knowledge
* Travel in the European region as required
