HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

£80,000k + bonuses

My well recognised multinational client is actively looking for a Head of Software Development to join their team in Central London.

The client is a well-established SME based within the financial sector, a successful MSP for some of the largest banks not only in Europe but worldwide.

You will head up a team of 8-10 developers all working towards the goal of bringing out the latest and most innovate financial products.

Skills:

* Coming from a Microsoft development background.

* A proven experience of managing a highly functional dev team.

* Experience with the FS industry

* A proven experience reporting to stakeholders/ director level

* Ability to take non-technical specifications and translate these into a technical product

* Client facing on occasions

Details:

* £80,000k+ salary

* Based on site in London - with both flexible and remote working options

* Bonus of up to 20% (negotiable) of basic salary

* Latest tech equipment provided
