Duties will include:
Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
Processing sales invoices
Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
Dealing with queries
Advising on overdue accounts
Desired:

Ability to problem-solve
Great customer service skills
The successful candidate will ideally already have experience in a credit control position and be used to working within a busy, sometimes pressured environment. An accountancy qualification is not required but knowledge of Sage and good Excel skills would be an advantage. Full training on our systems and processes will be given which may then lead to further career development tailored by the personal goals of the individual.
