If you're an IT professional with experience of first or second line support, you could be perfect for our fully funded Salesforce cross-training programme. The Mason Frank Tech Academy is a 2 year program that will train you to become an expert in Salesforce, the world's number one CRM product, and work in an ecosystem where demand for talent has created a huge number of available jobs.

About Mason Frank Tech Academy

The Mason Frank Tech Academy will help you work towards three prestigious Salesforce Certifications, coach you in soft business skills, and find you a job in an organisation utilising Salesforce. No other Salesforce education programme in the world comes with a guaranteed job at the end.

We provide a fast-track route into Salesforce for those with a background in IT, programming, application or software development. Our intensive eight-week training course, endorsed by Salesforce, will build upon the skills you've already learned in your programming career to transform you into a certified Salesforce Administrator and Consultant.

After completing our training course in London, you will be placed with one or more of our Salesforce clients across the UK to work in a practical environment. Over the next 2 years you will continue to get training and development as you gain further certifications and practical work experience.

Key Requirements & Skills

The idea behind this is simple... we don't expect you to have any Salesforce experience to apply! Rather, this is a chance to cross-train from your current skillset so all we are looking for are the following:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer facing environments, either as a Helpdesk Technician, 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer or as a Graduate/Junior Developer (Note - this isn't tech specific).

* An ability to communicate with non-technical users across a range of backgrounds and experience, and manage different personalities.

* Genuine positivity & drive - must be able to convey & transmit enthusiasm to the users to ensure they are engaged with the product/service.

* Resilience - ability to cope with repeated challenges or objections.

* Confidence - the ability to hold your own in a conversation with a customer.

* A willingness to travel as you will be required to work in different branches across the UK.
