1st/2nd Line Support Engineer with Networking - London - £28K!

Responsilibites:

* 1st line deskside support and resolution of issues raised by staff for desktop, printing and office aplications

* Ensuring meeting rooms equipment is operational

* 3rd party vendor management and close working in resolving issues

* Device management in RMM product for adherence on asset registers

* daily checking and administration of backup solution

* Following user starter and leave process end to end

* Adminstration of Meraki Wireless infrastructure

* Provision and replacement of failed equipment

* cat5 patching

* Updating process documentation

Required technical Skills:

* Preferable, at least one year of experience

* Understanding of IT Helpdesk processes

* Good understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts

* Basic knowledge of network devices (Router / Switch configuration)

* Must be able to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user level

* Good documentation skills

Great to have experience with:

* VoIP systems

Desirable personal skills:

* Team player, dependable and able to learn on the job

* Enthusiasms for learning and using new technologies

* Attention to detail

* Good communication skills
