Job Title: Roofing & Cladding Project Manager

Location: Covering the Hampshire Area

The Company is an award winning roofing specialist carrying out refurbishment contracts direct for the client, we also have a dedicated fall arrest safety systems division and Rail Division carrying out roofing projects across the southern network.

They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Roofing and Cladding team.

The Role:

You'll be expected to run all projects on a day to day basis, most of our which are refurbishments working directly for the client.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity for greater involvement with the growth of the company.

The Candidate:

* Ability to manage multiple contracts

* Experience in producing detailed workable Programmes of Works based on scopes and design DRW's

* Ability to use Microsoft project and Microsoft Office, although training can be provided

* Chairing and Organising Client meetings from QS to PM

* Good communication skills with all levels, including the Client's representative

* Experience and extensive knowledge of Construction Health and Safety policies and procedures

* High self-motivation and Organisation skills

* Candidate must not just understand the Mechanics of Managing a Construction / Fit Out Project but must also understand the critical nature of the Commerciality of a project

* Be a Team player but also have the knowledge and confidence to be able to act independently
