Overview of role The RPA Capability Lead is a senior role working closely with the GP, GT, team members and the Business. Its principal goal is to deliver automated processes in an optimal way. This resource should ideally have very strong leadership skills to manage the allocated team of CPA's and interactions with other specialist functions. They must be able to demonstrate an understanding of technical architectural as well as configuration experience with relevant CSA toolsets including RPA, OCR and Machine Learning to:Lead the specialist resources (i.e. CPAs), interfacing with the Global Practice Co-Leads and OC Capability Owner(s) to prioritise work plan and surge capacity requests
Define the technical application architecture roadmap, working with business, vendors and Global Technology stakeholders
Abide to the technical solution architecture and development standards to guide implementation of solutions, working with Global Technology and technology vendors (if appropriate)
Collaboration with the CSA GP and other OC's on process automation opportunity identification
Engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders, across Technology and Business
Collaborating with other GP and OC members to ensure configuration priorities are aligned to overall strategy and business needs Essential Skills Graduate degree in Science / Technology / Engineering
Advanced team management skills
Advanced understanding to implement different Artificial Intelligence technologies to leverage RPA with OCR / ML / NLP and workflow management tools
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking; carry out objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to inform decision making
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Desirable Skills 5 or more years of experience in implementing and managing applications in an enterprise environment
Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath)
Experience with designing and implementing solutions in an enterprise infrastructure
Lean Six Sigma qualification
Exposure to .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development
Basics of a scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
Experience with programming (preferable in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
Experience with RPA integration to Aladdin Investment Management Solution from Blackrock
Agile and DevOps technologies
Cloud experience - in particular how to host RPA in the cloud
