Spring Technology is currently looking an experienced 1st Line Support. This is a 1 Month rolling Contract based in Birmingham.

We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be also be able to improve their capabilities in a number of areas.

Essential:

- Hungry and motivated to learn

- Microsoft based operating systems

- Excellent telephone manner

- Basic Active Directory

- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
