C# Support Developer C#, SQL, Modelling, Troubleshoot, SDLC, Support Developer, Application Support.My client is a well established and growing Software Consultancy with a strong customer base. They specilise in the development of statistical research and modedeling tools for use in a commercial environment. THE ROLE:Joining an exciting and growing function within the Software Development team and working closely with our Senior DevOps Engineer you will help us develop our support tools and processes. Our Operations Support Developers provide end-to-end ownership of issues escalated by our Client Application Support Team (CAS) working together to reach a successful resolution.The client is seeking an enthusiastic candidate with proven C# development skills who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

'€¢Supporting system uptime

'€¢Diagnose and resolve software defects and escalat issues when needed'€¢Develop internal support tools 

'€¢Maintenance and development of integrations

'€¢Proactively looking for improvements that will maintain reliability and improve performance'€¢Developing new integrations

'€¢Availability

'€¢Support rota coverage arranged in coordination with Senior Engineer, including flexible options for on-site and on-call 

SKILLSEssential:

'€¢Full SDLC experience, including the maintenance, support and issue resolution'€¢2 years of experience of C#'€¢SQL and database development experience '€¢A passion for solving and simplifying complex problems

Preferable:

'€¢Experience of build automation, CD/CD'€¢Experience deconstructing websites and/or applications to understand'€¢Use of Web Debugging software such as Fiddler, or Browser based tools/addons'€¢SQL Server T-SQL queries and basic administration'€¢Enterprise messaging systems
