Analytics Consultant - BI - £40,000

My client is looking for an analytics consultant that has a passion for local Authorities. Must have strong analytical skills, which will be used to design and deliver data solutions on behalf of their clients, with the intention of improving services and outcomes.

Must have excellent communication skills as you will be working with a range of stakeholders across multiple clients to identify key business questions and find innovative ways to draw insights, from a wide and varied number of data sources.

* You will be confident and expected to handle large data sets, analysing for insights and being able to translate the findings into data models and visualisations using Microsoft Power BI.

* Estimating delivery timescales and providing progress updates

* End-to-end development of reports and dashboards in Power BI, following the itelligent-i BI

* Ensuring required data is captured and held as appropriate to ensure report development, using a range of tools

* Data modelling in Power BI, with advanced knowledge of query development (M) and DAX

* Publishing, sharing, scheduling refresh and assigning access to reports and dashboards in the Power BI Service
