Our Defence client based in Corsham are recruiting for a Senior Risk Professional.

Lead community of practice, provide coaching/mentoring, on-the-job training and to ground the learned theory in context. Including delivery of local " training, development and delivery of quantitative risk analysis classroom training, supervision and coaching risk facilitation and quantitative risk analysis activities.

Key Skills / Experience

* Demonstrate recent experience of Strong Risk Management knowledge based on Institute of Risk Management

* Demonstrate recent experience of strong P3M knowledge based on APM

* Demonstrate recent experience of Risk Management in an ISS context

* Demonstrate experience of delivery of training for Risk Management professionals

* Demonstrate recent experience of conducting Risk Management and the knowledge to determine best practice

* Demonstrate recent experience of stakeholder management operating at a senior level, working collaboratively

* Demonstrate recent experience of delivery of mentoring/coaching to Risk Management professionals

* Demonstrate recent experience in the use of Active Risk Manager

* Demonstrate experience in the development, delivery, facilitation and coaching of risk facilitation activities

* Demonstrate experience in the development, delivery, facilitation and coaching of quantitive risk analysis activities

* Demonstrate experience of ISS Programmes, processes, systems and services

* Demonstrate experience in MOD and ISS Cap Int process

* Demonstrate experience of ISS and MOD approvals process
