The client

An established, boutique service sector firm, with an award winning, specialist reputation, and worldwide scope in terms of their operations. My client offers a modern, fast paced working environment where you will have the chance to learn from a knowledgable team, and gain fantastic benefits/ career progression.

The role

Core responsibilities include:

* 1st/ 2nd line IT support across infrastructure/ applications

* Application support of their ERP system Dynamics AX

* Troubleshooting system issues through to resolution - user facing and remotely

* Project based support work for new IT related implementations/ roll outs

Skillset:

Candidates will preferably offer:

* Strong 1st/ 2nd line IT infrastructure/ application support skills - ability to troubleshoot system issues

* ERP/ CRM application support experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)

* Project based support experience - analysis/ testing/ go-live support exposure

* IT related academic background (preferable, not essential)

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
