We have an amazing opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join an innovative and creative start-up company in London. This is a role for someone who is interested in furthering their operations and sales experience whilst working with a small team. The client will be looking to place themselves in the market ahead of their competitors and need skilled team members.
The role
The role would have you responsible for assisting and closing leads qualified via the client’s website. As the key point of contact you will be a valuable asset to the company and its customers. The environment is fast paced and competitive so you will need to be up for a challenge.
Duties
Follow up on qualified leads
Client consultation
Offering and advising on subscriptions for the service being offered
Converting enquires into customers
Working with supply partners
Running the tech platform
Requirements
A Degree in any specialism (2.1 Preferred)
Over the phone sales experience
Experience in dealing with customers on a daily basis.
Experience in meeting sales targets on a monthly basis
Ability to cope in a fast paced environment
