Engineer our possibilities.

Engineer your future.

You’re curious about tech. In fact, you push yourself to unlock all its possibilities. And that’s exactly the kind of thinking we need. We’re inquisitive and creative, always finding new ways to tackle unique challenges. Here, we design secure communications systems for HM Government in the UK and abroad. So not only will you work on extraordinary projects, you’ll help protect the country and its interests.

The role

A creative but logical thinker, you’ll ensure our products are performing safely and securely. As part of this, you’ll define and perform the right tests and trials. Importantly, you’ll also liaise with designers and end-users to get all sorts of problems resolved. Plus, you’ll produce accurate, impartial and concise reports highlighting results and any issues. Forward-thinking and independent, you’ll decide if products are fit-for-purpose and you’ll take full responsibility for your work.

Your profile

Ideally, you’ll have some experience of commercial communication systems and automated test systems. But, more importantly, you’ll enjoy tackling a variety of problems and seeing them through to the end.

To join us, you’ll need:

To hold an OND/HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline such as communications or electronics, or relevant experience.

To have working knowledge of electronics and RF laboratory test equipment and test techniques.

To have a full UK car driving licence.

To have experience of performing tests, measurements or user trials from a relevant area.

Rewards

In return, we’ll invest in your career by providing technical training, professional accreditation support, mentoring, and on-the-job learning to develop your software testing skills. On top of a welcoming workplace, you’ll also get a great rewards package that includes flexible hours.
