Senior Business Analyst - 6 months, possible ext - Edinburgh £475 per day (Inside IR35)

The Company

Spring Technology's public sector client is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to work on a large programme of work supporting a key transition project. You will join a high performing team ensuring key deliverables are met.

The Role:

Senior Business Analyst

In this fantastic role you will work closely with the business, liaising with internal and external users of the system, understanding the impact of new functionality on established ways of working, agreeing and documenting any transitional working arrangements, ensuring these are implemented on time with appropriate levels of training and support.

Essential Experience

*Highlighting any risks or issues to the Project Manager

*Supporting the Product Owner facilitating meetings with the Transition Working Group

*Identifying and working closely with internal and external stakeholders that will be impacted by the transition

*Identifying which functionality is relevant to each stakeholder group

*Assess the transitional impacts of new functionality on each stakeholder group

*Identify actions and tasks that will need to be carried out as part of transition and execute the agreed transitional schedule of actions and working practises with stakeholders.

*Conduct a go-live readiness assessment of internal and external stakeholder groups as part of transitioning the new service in to live operation

Desirable

*Public sector experience

*Experience of working in an agile environment

*Experience in the use of Jira
