Job Description

* Increase business, customer satisfaction and benefits for the client (profit/reputation/operational & service excellence) & for the customers (smooth transformational changes / risk managed delivery / simple & transparent services).

* Improved end-users experience of testing (witnessing) through: RFT operation, high value test focus, efficiencies gained, quality of outputs, clear/simple comms and reporting as well as continual improvements in processes.

* Ensures multiple/assigned programmes, projects and the major services delivered in through MCS are supportable

Responsibilities:

* Test prep and execution of releases across L&CG programmes in accordance with testing plans and agreed governance procedures.

* Accurate reporting of testing progress to testing and project management.

* Management and tracking of defects in line with appropriate defect management processes.

* QA/Static testing of documentation to ensure high quality SMART testing inputs.

Required Skills

Essential:

* Excellent communication skills - stakeholder management at an equivalent level within other disciplines.

* Contact Centre Experience

* Service Validation and Testing SME with a proven track record of successful delivery at test analyst level.

* Good overall understanding of the ITIL framework, specifically the functions and linkages of service transition and service validation & testing

* ITIL. /ISTQB certified to foundation level

Desirable:

* ISTQB Certification

* Business Analysis

* Stakeholder Management
