Project Coordinator - Strong client facing skills, Project management experience

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Project Coordinator to join Experis.

Role Description

The Project Coordinator will support the Project and Programme team in administering, organising and tracking a project that requires co-ordination across multiple stakeholders.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various tasks, including scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. You should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that the projects assigned are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate project activities and assigned resources

* Break activities into achievable actions and set and agree timeframes

* Liaise with stakeholders to confirm requirements, scope, objectives and approach

* Assign tasks, track their completion and assist with schedule management

* Help prepare resource forecasts

* Analyse risks and opportunities

* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

* Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

* Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout

Essential Requirements

* Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

* Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

* Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

* Familiarity with risk management

* PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
