2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst Our leading client based in the Northampton area currently require a contract 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support analyst to get involved in a number of projects as well as BAU work. The projects that will be undertaken include a Windows 7 to 10 upgrade and Server upgrades from 2008 R2.Skills required:

'€¢Proven Support experience - 2nd / 3rd Line'€¢Experience of desktop support and technologies - Windows 7, 10 etc'€¢Server administration and management experience - 2008 R2 etc'€¢Integration of Citrix to windows - desirable'€¢Excellent communication skills - both on the telephone and face to face
