I am currently in the market for an experienced ERP trainer for an ongoing, large Worklday financials implementation with my London based client.

This role is a 3-6 month project.

About the Role

We are seeking a Training Manager to assist with the roll out of Workday Financials alongside Agiloft Contract Management system. These applications will be released in tandem under the umbrella of one programme, with integration between each system and a goal of seamless interaction for the user.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can sell the benefits of the new systems alongside educating users on the use of the applications.

The role will be responsible for the following:

* Assessment of Workday and Agiloft recommended training modules

* Liaison with external delivery teams for detailed understanding of training requirements

* Creation of a combined training plan

* Organising training material, courses, and media to support the training plan

* Working with the Project, Marketing, and Communications teams, plus end user representatives to:

* Create effective, coherent and timely communications to the user community and key stakeholders

* Utilise all available options (traditional classroom, media, interactive help) to deliver creative training and communications material

* Sell the new systems and processes in a positive and dynamic way

About You

You will be an experienced systems Training Manager who can combine excellent teaching and presentation skills alongside an enthusiastic and engaging communications manner.

Key knowledge and skills required:

* Strong technical skills

* Experience of working across a range of systems

* Experience of writing training material for classroom and other media

* Charismatic and motivational, with great presentation, communication and people skills

* Training plan build experience

* Ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Self-starter, with an ability to quickly get up to speed on the project and help drive the project forward

* Work with key stakeholders and teams across the business

* Liaison between project team and other delivery partners

* Able to communicate appropriately to maximise engagement

* Enjoys working collaboratively

* Experience in delivering remote training

* Ability to bring new ideas to training

* Advise on best practice for training process

* Experience in producing digital materials, e.g. Videos / animations / walkthroughs

* Experience in interactive help tools (e.g. WhatFix)

* Work with project team to deliver key messages during training and communications on the benefits of new system:
