An excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to join a multidisciplinary building services consultancy where you will work on technically challenging projects, whilst progressing into a Directorship position.

Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to work for a specialist company? Are you looking to progress into a Directorship role?

This well-established company specialise in building consultancy and work with a variety of clients inside architectural planning, design and delivery. Due to continual success within their company they are looking to expand their specialist team.

In this role you will be responsible for mentoring a small team as well as liaising with clients, it is important to have strong communication skills. As well as having strong business development skills and having the ability to deliver projects from cradle to grave.

This role would suit a Building Surveyor looking to join a specialist building Consultancy Company where you will work on technically challenging projects, and you will progress into a Directorship position.

The Role:

* Carry out building surveying services

* Liaising and managing clients and mentoring Graduates

* £55,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Pension + Great Benefits Package

The Person:

* Chartered Engineer status

* Diverse building surveying skills

* Enthusiastic and good team player
