*Urgent Requirement for a Customer Success Project Manager with strong account management experience*
This is a fantastic opportunity with a high profile customer who are in the software space, delivering highly-critical and reputable projects to customers across different industries. You will work within a close-knit working environment of 30-40people, reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the Development Manager and Sales teams.
Your role will be broken down across account management and project management. You will be largely responsible for the customer on-boarding process as well as servicing key clients and ensuring that everything is running smoothly and they are happy with the software. Additionally you will have responsibility for large enterprise projects.
Your experience:
5-10 years experience across client-facing project management domain
Experience in IT company that provides online SAAS solutions
Experience managing large-scale projects
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the business
Strong commercial skills and ability to contribute towards strategic decision-making
