KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

? In depth knowledge of information systems matters

? In depth knowledge of large organization administrative business processes

? In depth knowledge of modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN, UML or ERD)

? Knowledge of business analysis tools (e.g. Aris)

? Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP)

? Strong capacity in preparing and writing reports

? Strong capacity to give high level presentations.

? Ability to apply high quality standards

? Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.

? Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment

The candidates should also have the following nontechnical skills:

· Ability to participate in multilingual meetings

· Ability to work in a team

· Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on a large project

· As the applications managed and maintained contain personal and confidential data, a high degree of discretion and integrity is required from all our staff members.

Work environment/condition:

? The work will be carried in Brussels.

? The methodology used for development is based on Standard RUP, Agile

? RUP, PM2 (PM Square) or BPM

? The systems are built upon Oracle database

? The tool used for database design is Oracle Designer.

? The technical environment is based on Oracle 11g and Weblogic 12.

? Eclipse is used as Java development environment.

? RTC or JIRA is used for source control and activity tracking.

? RFT and Selenium are used for functional testing

? Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox are the web browsers.

? TOAD or SQL Developer is used as development utility for Oracle.

? All documents must be written in MS Word 2010.

Language:

? Ability to understand, speak and write English and French.
