* Providing 1st Line support
* Raising Tickets
* Active Directory & Group Policy
* Resolving helpdesk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Technical Skill Set

* LAN, WAN
* Microsoft PowerShell Scripting
* Windows Servers
