My client are looking for a service desk analyst to join their expanding team.

Main Responsibilities

* Providing 1st Line support

* Raising Tickets

* Active Directory & Group Policy

* Resolving helpdesk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Technical Skill Set

* AD & Group policy

* LAN, WAN

* Microsoft PowerShell Scripting

* Windows Servers
