Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support
Leeds (Not City Centre - Free car parking)
up to £23,000 + Benefits
My client a large manufacturing company are seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their friendly team.
Within this role you will be providing both 1st and 2nd line support. You will ensure that IT services are supported at all levels, providing support of exchange, Active Directory and Windows Server.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop and system problems, to diagnose and solve hardware/software Incidents/problems
You will use your high level of technical ability to resolve software support or environmental issues found by internal customers.
You will have experience within:
*Microsoft Office Suite
*Windows Active Directory
*Windows Sever
It would be beneficial but not essential if you had experience within one of the following:
*ITIL
*Firewalls
*SQL
