We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst for a 6 Month contract in Central London.

Our client is under going a massive digital transformation and CRM rollout of the Salesforce Platform.

Responsibilities:

* Work Closely with the Programme Team to prioritise the market requirements of the CRM product.

* Clarify requirements with support Developers.

* Monitor inbound break-fix requests and delegate to relevant team.

* Configure and maintain the Salesforce Platform to ensure delivery of quality solutions.

* Design and configure Salesforce with best practices.

Experience:

* Strong communication skills.

* Experience with hands-on Salesforce Administration.

* Ability to work with third party vendors.

* Salesforce Lightning Experience.

* Salesforce ADM-201 Certification.
