Software Application Engineer - Internet of Things. IC Resources isactively looking for a software application engineer to join a world leading provider of digital and wireless communications based in Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for a junior embedded software engineer looking to work closer with clients and end users in a more commercial focused environment, or someone working in a similar position that would like to gain more exposure to the IoT sector.

Successful software application engineers will be responsible for software development and supporting key customers in Europe throughout their complete development life cycle. You will have excellent hands on software development skills with an extensive knowledge of Linux driver development and debugging. You will have excellent mobile operating systems (such as Linux, Android and QNX) exposure and a good understanding of RTOS and main debugging procedures.

You will also need excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with tier 1 customers.
