What to expect:

You’ll be delivering Software Development training as part of our overall Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship programme. Your role will involve planning the teaching and mentoring of our apprentices, and managing their progress to help them see the course through to completion. It’s a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise to support and encourage learners so they achieve their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

                              An industry-accepted certification or higher education qualification

                              Substantial industry experience in Software Development (including C#/SQL, and ideally Java)

                              Extensive technical knowledge and an understanding of different software types

                              Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work in a teaching environment

                              Ideally, a teaching qualification or an MCT
