My client a global leading organisation has a new opening for a Digital + Service Technology Director within a highly influential team with global scope for change. You will be responsible for defining the digital technology strategy relating to the Service Delivery + Service Assurance functions across the business. You will also be responsible for the technology strategy of the digital channels consumed by customers.You will create and own the technology roadmap for service delivery and digital channels, with a breath of technical knowledge able to lead innovation and clearly articulate this vision across a large enterprise scale business. This is a key role that will ensure the business gets the best from technology being developed and drive that development to deliver market leading solutions for the customer.
Your skills will include:
- Strong understanding of leading Digital Channels and Service Delivery
- Leading and driving large scale transformational business change through technology
- Working across a wide range of internal and external technology suppliers to align plans and deliver business outcomes
- At the forefront of technology with a 3-5 year view on future trends
- Complex matrix management and large number stakeholder management + influence
- Align Digital architecture, strategy, plans and investment with business needs
- Build relationships and ensure technology solutions are implemented as an integrated solution into service
- Lead large team of senior technical professionals and partners
