Graduate UX Designer

This role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to utilise your academics and work as a UX Designer and progress within a cutting-edge digital agency at an exciting time of growth.

The successful Graduate UX Designer will be working alongside a hugely talented pool of existing designers and developers to learn about UX design and research along with best practices. As Graduate UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects for their household name clients, understand their needs and learn how to create better experiences!

To be considered, the Graduate UX Designer must be willing to learn and develop a career in design within the company, as well as having a minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 University, and have strong A-Level results (ideally in Product Design, Graphic Design, Engineering)!

Skills required for the role of Graduate Project Manager:

* A 2.:1 Degree or above from a Top 20 University, back up by strong A-Level results are essential (i.e. Product Design, Graphic Design, Engineering).

* An excellent communicator and with ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

* Willingness to learn about the industry and the relevant tools and technologies to create exceptional UX.

* Able to build relationships with many people across a business (both technical and non-technical) and engage with different stakeholders.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + benefits (depending on experience).
