My client is a leading provider of software, data solutions and independent consultative services to the global real estate industry.

The aim is for them to allow clients to analyse, improve market knowledge and get a better understanding of the value on their numerous real estate investments.

They are a global company with very well respected client base and are on the lookout for UX Designer who can step into a position where they will lead projects and within their first 12-16 months have the backing to build a team and step into a lead role which is a unique opportunity to progress yourself.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who is as passionate about delivering both an engaging user experience to the customer and ensuring that it's an experience they'll never forget.

About you

You'll be a UX designer who has a passion for usability design, being comfortable with every aspect of design and happy to get heavily involved from start to finish on the projects moving from concept to delivery and take the responsibility of driving the process and decisions throughout.

You'll have:

* Hands-on knowledge creating visual and interactive designs

* Working on B2B applications

* Forward-thinking design principles

* Driving interface design

* Data visualisation and working on complex products

* Work across teams and collaborate with developers also (developers may not always be on site)

* Show initiative to lead a team from day one

* Genuine interest in data visualisation and have a creative mind-set

Salary on offer is up to £55,000 + annual bonuses with some amazing benefits on offer, mentioned above is the opportunity to progress and grow a team which is the motivation behind the need for this designer.
