PMO - Programme support - Project Analyst - Programme Co-ordinator
An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled & dynamic PMO Analyst in the Bedford area.
The successful candidate will be working in a team to deliver a new & exciting digital programme, spanning multiple workstreams, geographies and suppliers in a fast moving environment.
Main task will include:
* Reviewing current processes, recommending improvements and implementing your changes. As required, you will work with your stakeholders to develop new, streamlined and efficient processes to help deliver the programme.
* Administering purchase orders, Statements of Work and cross charges.
* Tracking spend against DRD budgets and highlighting issues where necessary.
* Coordinating risk reviews and managing the risk register.
* Developing and maintaining process documents.
* Building an effective 'one stop shop' to manage programme collateral (documents, videos, training materials) - in collaboration with the business transformation team
* Writing regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations (in particular project and programme plans).
* Working with Product Owners to collate future license demand.
Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing budgets & using procurement systems in a large organisation are a must.
This is a contract opportunity for 6 months initially (extensions very likely) to start in January 2019.
