Technology Delivery Manager Our globally recognised client is looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to join their team based in London, on a permanent basis. The Technology Delivery Manager will be joining a highly professional working environment, who can also offer fantastic facilities, as well as world-class training and development.The Technology Delivery Manager will be responsible for Vendor Management, Financial Management and also Team Management, made up of 3 sub-teams.Technology Delivery Manager - Key Skills:

'€¢Suitable tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent experience'€¢Strong team management experience (3+ years), preferably across Global teams'€¢Strong project management skills'€¢Strong communication skills allowing to communicate complex situation in a simple way extracting key points and possible decisions'€¢Strong influencing skills able to work at all levels adapting their communication style as appropriate'€¢Able to combine tactical and strategic approach to deliver best outcome within best delivery time'€¢Demonstrable experience in delivering innovative testing approaches and solutions'€¢Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience working with critical business systems'€¢IT solution delivery or software project management experience is essential'€¢Experience of matrix management and delivering using Agile techniques is essential'€¢Candidate must be able to demonstrate proven ability to deliver outstanding service in a high-pressure environment'€¢Experience of working in a law firm or a professional services environment (e.g. consulting or accounting) would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.'€¢ITIL / ITSM v3 Certification (desired)

Technology Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:

'€¢Responsible from inception to delivery to IT Operations including:'€¢Inception with third party providers

'€¢Project management through use of PMO and TDM teams'€¢Resource management through use pool of internal/external resources'€¢Testing through use of Testing team'€¢Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to integrate relevant information'€¢Work with Transition team to deliver new systems to IT Operations'€¢Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team and Australian counterparts to deliver Proof of Concepts aligned with firm strategy'€¢Manage backlog of the team'€¢Create and manage the team roadmap aligned with firm strategy'€¢Champion use of Agile methodology to deliver projects'€¢Champion use of testing automation'€¢Create a roadmap to move toward continuous delivery
