CRM Manager - Bristol - £40,000

Your role is pivotal to making sure CRM Camapigns are devlivering ROI and creating loyal cutomers. This is a newly created role within the organisation due to growth with the potential to build a team to work alongside you in the future.

Requirements:

- Silverpop (IBM Watson), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Adobe Campaign etc

- Campaign Management

- Customer lifecycles

- Loyalty and Retention Campaigns

- SMS/Push nice to have but not needed
