CRM Support Analyst (Database)
A brand new and exciting role has just arisen for an aspiring CRM Support Analyst with brilliant training & communication skills to join a leading charity in Kings Cross, Central London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has knowledge in a CRM or Database to take the next step in their career and become a specialist. This charity wants you to become the CRM champion, working with all stakeholders on all CRM matters and training users on the systems.
This is a brilliant role for someone who has good CRM / Database knowledge looking to take that next step in their career and specialize their role further. As the CRM Support Analyst you don't need to be an expert but you need to learn new skills quickly, be a self-starter and great general technical problem solving skills. You will have the chance to learn skills in SQL too.
Skills required for the CRM Support Analyst (Database) are:
- A good understanding of any CRM or Databases
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders across the business
- Have some experience training non technical users
- Great communication skills
