A Salesforce Business Analyst is needed for an exciting online company based in the heart of London. Due to their national success they are growing rapidly and understand that their Salesforce platform is pivotal to the business.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be a part of a number of projects including the migrations of these systems into one Salesforce platform. They will be responsible for process mapping, process alignment, redefining processes to meet best practice and to make sure that these processes are scalable. Working with different parts of the business, they need to be able to work with stakeholders and be highly collaborative within their agile team.

Experience Needed:

3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst

Process Mapping

Creating Scalable Processes

Strong Stakeholder Management experience
