Product Manager- Law Firm Technology

We are recruiting for a Product Manager to join this leading provider of software to the legal sector. Going through a sustained period of growth and with a significant market share, the Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer vision and stakeholder demands are met in new Product functions and new Products.

Due to the specialist nature of this role, only candidates with knowledge of legal specific technology or providers will be considered. This includes: Practice Management, Time Recording, Document Management, Workflow, CRM + Marketing software

Responsibilities of the Product Manager:

* Work closely with the customer base to ensure that Product features match demand and create priorities and roadmaps for product release.

* Manage the release of new features and Products working closely with developers to ensure this matches vision.

* Work closely with marketing team to ensure that product propositions are presented effectively to customers and potential customers

* Maintain an excellent relationship with customers, visiting as required.

* Support the sales team where needed as an SME on all things Product.

* Attend user events and present when required.

Experience and background required for Product Manager:

* Experience as either a Product Manager in the Legal sector (Vendor or Law Firm) or in a technology role focused on the improvement of legal applications.

* Knowledge should include: Practice Management, Time recording, Legal CRM + Marketing, Case Management.

* With Products such as: Elite 3E, Carpe Diem, TMS, Peppermint Technology, Proclaim, Lexis One, Lexis Interaction, ContactOut, Mattersphere, IntApp etc

* Demonstrable experience of working in a customer facing role and being able to elicit requirements and turn requirements into workable roadmaps.

* Knowledge of marketing would be beneficial.

* Confident public speaker and able to present in front of large groups of industry experts.

The Product Manager will be based in London.

The Product Manager will pay a competitive salary based on experience.
