SharePoint Service level Manager - £50-55,000 - Flexible Working Hours

My client is a world leading financial services provider looking for an experienced IT service manager to become an asset to the team. As part of the service management team they will be liasing with suppliers, customers and other internal departments to ultimately help deliver the best customer service they possibly can. The successful candidate will know what it takes to be effective in service management roles.

My client is looking with a background in service management to step into the role. If you have previosuly worked in service delivery/level/transition roles (or anything similar) then you could be just who my client is looking for. Flexible working hours are available in this position as well.

Required

- Experience delivering high class customer service

- Previous experience in a service manager position

- Excellent communication skills

- Natural ability to build relationships with people effectively

Desirable

- Previous experience with SharePoint
