UX designer for product development company (Gothenburg)

Seeking a talented Product Designer to help design the next generation user experience within out AI platform. This includes designing and building our new search experience. Help companies monitor and understand what's being said about them in news and social media. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and engineering teams. You'll also be part of a growing team of UX designers working on web and mobile applications and help build out our design system. It's an exciting opportunity to own a product area in a fast growing business domain.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the user experience design process within a specific area of the product.

* Work with product management to understand customer needs and product requirements

* Facilitate whiteboarding sessions to ideate and explore solutions.

* Collaborate with product, engineering and design to explore, concept, specify and test possible solutions.

* Help drive a user-focused approach to product development.

* Contribute to our growing design system and component and pattern library.

* Create low and medium fidelity mockups that are guided by our evolving design system.

* Collaborate closely with engineering within an agile development process.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

* At least five years of experience as a user experience designer, product designer or interaction designer.

* Experience leading projects or product design efforts from concept through execution.

* A strong online portfolio that demonstrates your process, passion and impact.

* Experience shipping web-based applications within an agile development process

* Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to both business and technical stakeholders.
