Interaction IT are proud to be partnering with one of the worlds largest home shopping organisations based in Bradford, on their search for a tenacious and analytical UX Designer to join a small but well established UX team in their state of the art offices.
This role isnt your standard UX position. We are not looking for a creative candidate for this one. We are looking for an exceptionally analytical UX Designer who is comfortable taking part in lab studies, analysing customer data and really getting under the skin of UX and diving deep in to detail. You will be reporting directly to the head of UX who has an exceptional track record of coaching more junior members right the way through to senior level - so if you are looking to further your knowledge in UX best practice, this is one of the best places to be.
We have just a few requirements...
- Passionate about user-centred product design, service design & information architecture design
- A minimum of degree-level knowledge of UX
- Significant expertise in identifying UX issues and developing UX recommendations
- Highly experienced in Photoshop and Axure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
The business has a very friendly, collaborative working environment and will give you fantastic exposure to the wider IT function. The UX team works in perfect collaboration with Developers, QAs and Testers with the wider business function giving you exposure to the wider business function and IT team, to ensure your designs are pixel perfect.
