Salesforce Technical Business Analyst- Up to £60,000 - London

I am looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who is a confident communicator and has strong experience liasing with senior management. Based in London, you will be a key part of driving growth- and will be required to define and implement solutions within Salesforce to meet business requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leader who are offering a competitive package of up to £60,000.

Responsibilities

* Gathering business requirements from senior management and stakeholders

* Understand technical requirements and identify solutions

* Knowledgable around Apex in order to translate functional requirements into technical specifications

* Assist with configuration to enhance system functionality

* Documentation of reports

* End user training and support

Skills and Experience

* Strong Salesforce and CRM experience

* Experience with both Sales and service cloud

* ADM 201 Salesforce Certified needed

* Experience generating reports / workflows within Salesforce

* Good interpersonal skills

* Excellent communicator, both orally and in written materials
