Computer Futures are working with a leading business consultancy client, who are hiring for a Global Service Delivery Project Manager to lead and drive the setup of a global 24 x 7 tech support desk. Initially a 3 month engagement focusing on the development of the business case - this contract will likely extend for another 12 month for the second phase - implementing and transitioning.

Must have experience:

* Experience in setting up global service desks or 24 x 7 centres

* Awareness of the differences in an outsourced or internal service desk

* Must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills

* Ability to gather detailed requirements from multiple stakeholders

* Good communicator, verbal and written

* Good listener and influence

* Commercial awareness

* Must have experience of working within a global business

* Cultural awareness

* Familiarity with ITIL processes but must be flexible and pragmatic to ensure the focus is not purely on process

* Office & Dynamics 365 awareness

Location: Bank, London

Rate: £350+ a day

Contract length: 3 months + 12 month ext
