Network Operations Manager
A brand-new opportunity has just become available for a Network Operations Manager to join a leading blue-chip at their office in Hatfield, offering the chance to hugely influence the business by driving growth and customer success. The successful Network Operations Manager will lead teams responsible for all the end-to-end support of business' Juniper and Aruba-based network services, covering Network Operations, Wi-Fi, and Engineering.
Working as the Network Operations Manager, your role will include:
* Managing and personally developing teams of engineers and team leaders.
* Building effective agile team processes that enable high throughput
* Owning all network infrastructure services, including roadmaps and project portfolio.
* Supporting the budget forecasting and management processes.
To be considered for the Network Operations Manager position, you will need to demonstrate:
* Experience of leading, managing, coaching, and motivating team leaders/managers in an enterprise environment.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Good knowledge of networking technologies and vendors, such as Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Arista, SDN or F5.
* A solid background in network architecture, engineering or operations.
