An NHS organisation have an immediate requirement for a Senior Performance Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month term.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing performance dashboards, creating action plans for improving performance and efficiency by streamlining processes (summarising data / trends).

You will be expected to attend meetings with providers and monitoring / challenging progress reports as well take on ad-hoc analysis in key areas when required.

What skills/experience should you have?

* NHS Trust or CCG experience

* Knowledge of NHS constitutional metrics - Patient waiting times / RTT

* Performance / Programme Management

* Senior management engagement - challenge / monitoring performance

* Advanced Excel

* Contractual background would be desirable
