Position;

Site Manager

Location; MCR city centre

Rate: £25 an hour

Duration: 6 Months

The opportunity;

This is a chance to be involved with a National contractor on a long term freelance project. The project consists of the construction of a Car showroom in Greater Masnchester for a well respected regional coptractor with a plethora of work

It offers the prospect of growing within an exciting company who have an excellent brand and reputation in the industry.

Requirements;

The Site Manager should have the following;

* Experience as site manager on a car showroom site previously

* Over 2 years Site manager experience with experience of build projects.

* Ability to show they can meet both budgets and timescales

* SMSTS & CSCS
