Project Manager (Construction) - Retail/Leisure

You will ideally be based in Northern France - Paris is preferable but not essential

Mostly covering France and Belgium but you will be expected to travel to other countries around Europe

Up to EUR65,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme + Travel Expenses paid + Private Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

On offer is the opportunity to join an international and industry leading company where you will work on high value projects whilst representing a global brand.

This is an international company who dominate the market within their industry and they are looking to continue in their expansion in the UK. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead in driving the business forward by managing all commercial aspects of projects end to end in the build of new stores, re-fits and extensions.

This will suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to work for a blue chip company and help drive the expansion plans forward.

The Role:

- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle working on a range of re-fits, extensions and new stores - this will include managing internal employees and third-party contractors

- Managing designers and project teams as well as managing third-party contractors to deliver projects to deadline and plans

-Controlling budgets for all projects, delivering proposals and progress reports

- The majority of the work will be in France and Belgium with regular travel to Paris - However you will need to travel to other areas/regions of Europe

The Person:

- Proven Project Management experience

-Ideally worked within Retail/Gyms/Leisure/Shop Fit-out

-Must be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) - reporting is written in English

-You will ideally speak multiple languages but French is preferred

- You will ideally be based in Paris but other areas of France and locations in Belgium will also be considered
