Mechanical Design Engineer
Plymouth
£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Bonus (10%) + 25 Days Holiday
Are you looking for a technically interesting design role where you will work on both NPI projects and the redesign of existing products for a range of blue chip clients?

The company design and manufacture products for a range of industries and applications across the world. Going through a period of sustained growth, they have just won major long term contracts and now require a Design Engineer to join the business.
In this role, you will be designing the company's products for a range of international clients using Inventor. You will also look to introduce six sigma and lean thinking into your designs, while working closely with the manufacturing teams.

The Role:
*Mechanical Design
*Inventor and Creo
*Both NPI and Redesign of products
*Closely liaise with manufacturing and quality teams
The Person:
*Mechanical Design
*Either Inventor or Creo
*Experience with sheet metal
*Ideally knowledge of six sigma or LEAN methods
