AWS Engineer - London - 90-110k p.a.

I'm working with a reputable client who is currently searching for the right person to join an amazing Web Operations Team as a AWS engineer. The person absolutely has to be driven, passionate about technology, the web, and must display a high level of knowledge in Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems;

* Help automate and streamline our operations and processes;

* Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations;

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments;

* Deliver service with agility, scalability, and responsiveness;

Required Skills & Experience

* Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree

* Minimum of 1 year experience in software development

* Minimum 1 year experience in Amazon Enterprise Cloud Computing including EC2, S3, CloudFront, and other Amazon services and technologies

* SQL database operations

Qualifications

* A minimum of 1 year experience with AWS.

* A minimum of 3 years' experience with WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, networking.

* Experience deploying enterprise software within Azure Infrastructure, SQL Service, SQL DW, HD Insight and Azure Data Lake.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently.
