Our IT Division provides a broad range of IT Services to the City of London Corporation, the City of London Police and other high-profile organisations across circa 100 sites spanning the City and Greater London - to ultimately support 9,000 residents, 400,000 workers and the £50bn they contribute to our economy.
As our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be joining our team at an exciting time. We’ve already delivered significant IT-enabled Transformation for both organisations - but expect to see further multimillion-pound IT programmes over the next three years as we embark on our digital and technology-led transformation. That’s on top of a BAU budget of £15m. This role is crucial to these changes.
Reporting into our Deputy IT Director, you will be the expert in developing and improving our service, ensuring best-in-class performance from our service partners, as well as helping us design and develop our future service for our internal and external customers.
In return, you’ll find we encourage and support employee training and development both internally and externally and have recently been able to promote and appoint to several vacancies within the IT Division from existing staff.
